Super Bowl Fun at Mercy Ministries!!!

It was an exciting time of food, fellowship and of course, football, as residents from each of the Mercy Ministries homes watched Super Bowl XLV last night. After overcoming injuries and adversity, the Green Bay Packers came into the big game confident, having already been fitted for their championship rings. The Steelers rallied in the second half but it wasn’t quite enough and the Packers, led by MVP Aaron Rodgers, finished them off 31-25!

The girls loved hanging out, watching the game and eating some of their favorite tailgating treats. Some of the Nashville residents made signs and cheese heads to wear during the event and even Mercy dog, Jude, got into the spirit! We thought you might enjoy this video from all of the Super Bowl parties:

Congratulations to the Green Bay Packers and MVP, Aaron Rodgers!

Mercy Graduate Shares Her Testimony

Check out this video of Mercy Ministries graduate, Hannah Frendl, as she shares her testimony at a women's conference in Los Angeles about how Mercy Ministries made such an impact on her life.

Shortly after graduating from the St. Louis home, Hannah started her website, UnleashedBeauty.com; a Christian based online magazine for young girls. It is a place where girls can come and learn about fashion, beauty, and health, without the negative messages they get from other magazines, but it is also a place where they can learn about God, spiritual growth, the Bible, and each other.  Great job Hannah!
